Today at librarian bargaining, FAM and management reached a Tentative Agreement on a suite of key articles:
- Health, Safety, and Security
- Sick Leave
- Leaves and Other Time Off Work
- Individual and Departmental Purchasing Cards
- Credit-Bearing Courses
We also made some progress on other package proposals, including Compensation; Professional Development and Reimbursement for Travel; and Duration. However, management still refuses to make any meaningful concessions on Compensation, or to agree to basic, common sense protections on Academic Freedom, Artificial Intelligence, and ICE’s access to information.
