The whole is much more than the sum of its parts. Meet our team!
What does the Negotiating Team do? First, a larger Bargaining Council — representative of all sectors of faculty and librarians — formulates all the proposals that go to the negotiating table. Then it’s the Negotiating Team that sits at the bargaining table as your advocates for these proposals in talks with administration. In the background, this team also coordinates its activities with the other elements of FAM that give the union strength such as the Contract Action Team, Communications, Research, and AAUP-AFT staff.
