The Board of Trustees heard loud and clear: “Work With Us Not Against Us”
Standing room only at the Board of Trustees meeting today! A room packed full of FAM-supportive faculty and librarians clapped loudly to celebrate colleagues’ promotions and even louder and longer for the speeches telling the Board that it’s time to Work With Us, Not Against Us.

FAM-L Bargaining, Day 10
The tone from management was more conciliatory today at FAM-L negotiations, following this morning’s Board of Trustees action (great turnout and solidarity!) and last session’s dramatic ending, in which FAM put management on notice that librarians won our unit unanimously and are prepared to fight for our contract.
